We were on a road trip in the midst of a weeklong vacation leaving Walla Walla with a ferry reserved for the next day. Our car lit up with all sorts of warning lights firing off. We decided to spend the night in Kennewick and go to toyota of Tri-Cities early on Monday morning hoping that we could get the issue fixed quickly so we could catch our ferry to the San Juans. Jomi Gross set up the inspection with the technicians quickly. She came back and told us that we needed a coolant valve (???) replaced and that it is a 3 hour job. We asked about loaners and rentals because we had decided we would just leave the car there if it required lengthy repairs and pick it up on our way back to Portland. Jomi sensed our panic and mentioned putting 2 technicians on the job to shorten our stay and get us on the road. We were on the road in an hour and a half and made it to our ferry in time. Thanks to Jomi and the technicians at Toyota of Tri-Cities for a job well done and fantastic customer service.
