I went to Toyota of Tri Cities to look for a new vehicle because my 1993 Toyota Corolla LE needs to retire. Service was great as usual. Did not have an appointment, but got right in anyway. The wait was short and enjoyable. My sales representative came out to say hello and ensure no issues with the vehicle. Drinks and snacks were available for your enjoyment. The maintenance representative went over in detail the work performed. I have always taken my vehicles to this dealership (even non-Toyotas)

Toyota of the Tri-Cities ALWAYS takes care of my service needs on my 2015 Avalon hybrid. The car gets 39-40 mpg in town and around 42 mpg on the highway. Loved my Camry hybrid and now I love my Avalon hybrid...AND NO, you don't ever have to plug it in. The engine recharges the batteries as I drive. Toyota makes the best hybrid vehicles.

My wife picked out the new RAV-4 Hybrid she wanted, from a combination of literature review and ratings and test drive. I then did a little research on price, and asked the dealer for an "average actual" bargain that would be fair to both of us. We struck that price with no pressure -- I told them I would walk as soon as they "up-to" or four-squared me, and then later I was a little embarrassed I had been so forward, as apparently they were not going to do that anyway. Great experience!

Heather in Customer service makes Toyota of Tri-Cities such a wonderful place to spend time in. She always has the best smile and tends to everyone who needs assistance. I love the coffee and Cinnamon roles while I wait, just wish they were available on Sundays as well. My current lease is up next year so I am looking forward to sealing the deal on my current vehicle or maybe purchasing a new one.... Toyota of Tri Cities is MY dealership!

The taco has by far been my favorite truck, that’s why I keep buying them. My truck was recently in the shop and I couldn’t pick up the truck during regular business hours, Noel went out his way to make sure I got my truck back ASAP.
