    Hello, I'm John Manterola. I was born in Southern California and moved to Washington State in 1973 when my Dad bought a farm. However, moving 1,200 miles away and working on a farm couldn't change my life long love for the L.A. Dodgers.

    In 1978, two months before I got married, I started in the car business and am more passionate about the auto industry today some almost 33 years later.

    I have been married for over 32 years to my wife Kerri and have two wonderful grown-up children Allison and John Jr. A little over two years ago I was blessed with my first grandchild Brennan Michael Fuller and he is incredibly special and has made growing old special.

    Brennan's Grandpa (formerly Big John) is available and able to help any friends, family, past and future customers with any of their automotive needs.

    Hello, my name is Diego Aguilar. I have been in the Tri-Cities for about 19 years. I have a wonderful wife and three great kids! When not at work I enjoy being around my family. I have been with my wife for about 9 years and every day I learn something new from her. Recently I have been doing a lot of fishing, hiking and bicycle riding. My next thing to try will be fly fishing. From what I've heard, it's a lot of fun! My family and I also attend the Tri-City Americans games regularly.     Hi, I'm Mike Aguayo, a Sales Consultant here at Toyota of Tri-Cities. I am originally from the Tri-Cities having graduated from Pasco High in 2000.
    Immediately following high school graduation I spent the summer and fall in beautiful San Diego, California attending Marine Corps boot camp (not all Southern California summers are filled with surfing and Mojitos!).

    After a tour in the Marines I decided to stay in California working in the Bay Area as an Engineer and Manufacturing Manager at a commercial laser company. 6 years later I come to find that perfect weather every day gets old and that I missed experiencing four seasons (not to mention family being in Washington), so here I am, back home.

    You might wonder why I work for Toyota of Tri-Cities... well, coming from a manufacturing organization I am well read on lean manufacturing methodologies (aka Toyota Production System) and having a great deal of respect for what Toyota has accomplished and their contribution to society in general, I thought: "What better way to support Toyota then to sell their product and meet great people along the way!".

    Hi my name is Randy Acselrod. I am a Sales Consultant at Toyota of Tri-Cities. I was born December 25, 19?? in Queens, New York but was raised in Huntington Beach and Buena Park, California until I was 18 years old.

    After graduating from Buena Park HS in 1968 I attended USC pre-med from 1968-70 and then drafted into the US Navy in 1970. I went to boot camp, hospital corps school, then immediately into SEAL training. I served in the Navy for 20 years.

    During that time I graduated from Medical School (1984) which was paid for by the US Navy.

    I retired from medicine in 2010 but still lend a hand occasionally.

    Because of my love of cars, I decided to try my hand at sales once I retired. Outside of work my interests are Family, Golf, and Cars.

I am originally from Grandview, WA in the Lower Valley, where I am heavily involved in my sons' youth soccer teams.     I was born in Illinois in 1960 but moved to Spokane Washington shortly after birth, where I was raised with 6 other brothers and sisters. I am the second to the youngest and have a twin sister. I am married with two sons. My youngest is also married and my oldest will be getting married next June. In my spare time I am also the Senior Pastor at High Point COGOP here in Kennewick.

    In 1977 when I was 17, my family moved to Kennewick (Finley to be precise) where I went to high school. After high school I went to work for Sandvig Oldsmobile where I started my career in the automotive field as a lube technician.

    When I was 20 years old I headed out on my own and moved to Wyoming where I met my wife of 30 years and we had our first son, he is now 26 and working for the Kennewick School District.

    I have worked for several different car dealerships in many different positions within the service department. It wasn't until I was hired at Skagit River Ford in Mt. Vernon Washington that I had my first opportunity to run a service department on my own. It was a big step but it worked out very well. I was there for nearly nine years before moving on.

    I was hired here at Toyota of Tri-Cities in August of 2002 and have never looked back. I used to think that Ford Motor company was where it was at, but boy was I ever wrong! I love working here at Toyota and couldn't imagine working for any other car company ever again.

    Hello, my name is Carmen Marquart. Aside from the four short years I spent at Washington State University - Go Cougs! I've always called the Tri-Cities home.

    Following graduation from WSU in 2001 I returned to the Tri-Cities and took a position with then Tri-Cities Motor Sales in the Pasco Autoplex as the Customer Relations Manager. As our company has grown I have been fortunate to grow right along with it. I am now the Customer Relations Manager and Marketing Director for Toyota of Tri-Cities and Scion of Tri-Cities on Canal Drive in Kennewick as well as Tri-Cities Mitsubishi and Thrifty Car Sales-Tri-Cities in the Pasco Autoplex. 

    Our family of dealerships is ever changing and I must say, I'm excited to see where the next chapter in our story leads.
